Through it’s history, design has been intertwined with everyday life and culture. Its compass is vast, incorporating three-dimensional objects, graphic and integrated system from information technology to urban environments. Defined most broadly as the conception and planning of all man-made products, design is ubiquitous. design as we stand it today, however, is often traced to the birth of mechanized production during the Industrial Revolution. |
