Collagist, painter and jazz fanatic Sam Nhlengethwa has been at the centre of some of the most influential moments and movements in recent South African art history. A student at Rorke’s Drift Art Centre and Bill Ainslie’s Johannesburg Art Foundation, he is a resident of the well-known Bah Factory artists’ studios in Newton, Johannesburg.
