Segregation and Singularity
|
Segregation and Singularity considers what was the social context in 1992 of political attitudes among a sample of middle-class English speaking whites in selected Johannesburg suburbs. This was in the twilight fo apartheid, in a time of acute political flux. The book presents a novel combination of theoretically informed interpretation with the unexpected contours discovered through a random sample. This results in an interesting and colourful accoung of the interview subjects. Price (ZA) R100.00 |
