Lucy Rayner has curated The New Spell in fulfillment of her Master’s in Fine Arts at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. As Gallery Director of David Krut Projects for the past three years, she has curated numerous exhibitions. These include - Design Now (2008); Avant Car Guard (2008); 06 :08 in collaboration with the Joburg Art Bank (2008); Julian Opie (2007) and Digital Surrogates, 13 Most Beautiful Avatars (2007). Colbert Mashile, Deborah Bell, William Kentridge, David Koloane, Diane Victor, Andrzej Nowicki, and New York based Mike Houston and Martin Mazorra are some of the many artists with whom she has collaborated. Rayner is currently working on a programme of South African video art to tour to the United States and Germany. Price (ZA) R50.00 |
