DAVID KRUT PUBLISHING is a publisher of art books and collaborates with artists, authors, academics and educators in projects which relate to contemporary visual and other arts in South Africa.

The TAXI Art Books series is published with support from The Royal Netherlands Embassy, The French Institute, South Africa (IFAS), Pro Helvetia - Arts Council of Switzerland, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the National Arts Council of South Africa (NAC) and David Krut Arts Resource.

Our mission is to encourage writing on arts, culture and heritage and to facilitate the distribution of such books to a wider audience. As part of David Krut Arts Resource we are growing the titles available and building up a dedicated arts bookshop to support all writers.
