Sean Slemon is in Johannesburg for his summer break from the Pratt Institute in New York where he is currently registered for an MA degree. He has spent the last few weeks creating etchings – with aquatint and handwork elements on some – at David Krut Print Workshop.

On Wednesday June 14th, the United Nations Association of New York’s Young Professionals for International Cooperation met at David Krut Projects for their very first social event. Young NY professionals, UNA-NY YPIC committee members, and David Krut Projects staff shared a casual evening of wines, cheeses, and conversation.
UNA-USA is America’s largest grassroots foreign-policy organization and the leading center of research on the United Nations and global issues. UNA-USA helps to build public support for effective U.S. engagement in the United Nations and the critical issues confronted by the U.N. including health, human rights, democracy, peace and security, nuclear non-proliferation, development, international justice, and the environment.
